Palm Pilates Studio
Client: Palm Pilates is a small Pilates exercise studio located in Panama City Beach, FL.
Challenge: Four short months after opening their doors, Palm Pilates quickly took off. Their owner came to me because she needed help adding three instructor profiles to the already existing “About Us” page. She also wanted to add a “Start Here” page that would incorporate the history and message of the Pilates lifestyle.
Solution: Each instructor offered a unique advantage to the next. I worked with each one and wrote an individualized profile for all three ladies. For the “Start Here” page, I researched Pilates, and we highlighted the benefits of the exercise and how it can change your life. The goal of the “Start Here” page was to keep the potential customer from clicking off of their website to research the method further.
Bark, Baths, & Beyond
Client: Bark, Baths, & Beyond is a dog care facility that specializes in daycare, grooming, and boarding. They are located in Panama City Beach, FL.
Challenge: After six years of running their business through a Facebook account, BB&B owners decided they wanted a website. My job was to write copy for their entire website and help them discover their deep benefit as a brand.
Solution: For their benefit, I zeroed in on the “why” — why they love owning their business, why they purchased it, and why they thought it was important to the community. Through exploring the why, we discovered that, ultimately, they loved making tails wag and faces smile. They stand out from other dog facilities because they deliver a highly involved approach that treats dogs as extended family.
